Utilising traditional build, design & build, modular build and project management services, we provide comprehensive construction services to government agencies, private developers, major retailers and manufacturers.

Case Studies

TU Dublin (Tallaght Campus), Sports Science, Health and Recreation Building Development (SSHRB), Dublin 24

The development consisted of the design and build of a Sport Science, Health and Recreation Building containing a single storey sports hall and teaching accommodation and associated facilities arranged over two storeys plus roof plant areas, total floor area 3,175 sq.m, a grass playing pitch 140 x 90 m with a 1 m high spectator barrier, 12 m high x 25 m wide ball catch nets behind goal posts. A new external landscaped quadrangle, pedestrian areas, footpaths and landscaping, linking existing facilities with the development. Building signage, 56 no bicycle parking spaces, walkways and demolition of 46no existing car parking spaces and associated site works.

Grace Park Educate Together National School, Drumcondra Dublin 9

The project consisted of the design and build of 1 No. 16 classroom primary school building with general purpose hall, support teaching spaces and ancillary accommodation, with a total floor area of c. 3,760 sqm, within the curtilage of DCU All Hallows Campus, a protected structure, accessed off Grace Park Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9. The school is three storeys with single storey elements. The works included a new pedestrian entrance, a new vehicular exit onto Grace Park Road, internal roads, 160 no. cycle & 50 no. scooter storage spaces, bin store, external store, ball courts, project gardens, play areas, landscaping boundary treatments, car park drop-off / pick-up facilities and all other associated site development works.

Swords Community College, Swords, Co. Dublin

The project consisted of the design and build of a 1,000 pupil post-primary school building with sports hall, ancillary student and staff facilities, 2 classroom Special Needs Unit and ancillary spaces with a total floor area of c. 11,397m². The building is two storey and three storey. The site works to the school grounds consists of the provision of cycle storage spaces, bin store, external store, ball courts, gardens, play areas, landscaping and boundary treatment, car parks, set down areas and all other associated site development works.

South Dublin County Council, South Stand, Tallaght Stadium, Tallaght, Dublin 24

Management, construction, fit out and completion of a roofed precast concrete, stand-alone’ single tier ‘spectator stand’ providing covered seated viewing accommodation for up to 2,195 football spectators. The Stand included a glazed screen to the west gable, safety rails to the east gable and ancillary accommodation constructed in under-croft spaces. Provision of a TV Cameraman Platform suspended from the roof structure over, (to the rear of the central structural bay of the stand) and will include; gated access steps, gantry walkway and platform, balustrades and handrails. The works also comprised construction of a new arched exit gateway and gates which match the existing adjoining gates and openings in appearance, function, size and operability.
