Townsend Street Development

8 storey multi-use development comprising Travelodge Hotel, Staycity Aparthotel, residential block for Dublin City Council and retail and restaurant space at ground floor Petruf Consulting Structural Engineers provided structural engineering analysis of the precast concrete main cross-walls structure for block 3 and 4 and recon stone beams for block 1, 2 and 3.

The Windsor Hotel

This is project of a new REZz micro sleeper hotel at MacCurtain Street in Cork city and extends to 72 bedrooms in 8 storeys over basement. Petruf Consulting Structural Engineers completed structural engineering analysis of the precast concrete main cross-walls structure for whole building.

The Holiday Inn Dublin Airport

10 storey, 421 bedroom hotel is a development operated by Holiday Inn. The 4* hotel is located 1km from Dublin Airport. Petruf Consulting Structural Engineers completed Precast concrete design and structural design for the entire structure.

Santry Residential Development

7 storeys with below ground basement carpark. The development is a 3-block residential development in Santry, Co. Dublin. Petruf Consulting Structural Engineers completed full structural engineering analysis and design of the project, modelling and drafting of all precast elements for 2 blocks while co-ordinating the third block.
