Riverside Canterury

A package of StoTherm Mineral external wall insulation, StoCleyer B brick slips and StoSilco render were installed on five buildings at the new £115 million mixed-use Riverside development in Canterbury. This high-profile development sits on an 8.4-acre site in the centre of the historic city’s new leisure quarter and the StoCleyer B brick slips in a multi-blend red colour, were chosen to create a striking contrast with the various façade finishes used elsewhere on the commercial units

Pocket Living Whiting Avenue

This development includes a pair of residential blocks that were built using off-site prefabrication methods in order to reduce disruption to the surrounding area during construction. When it came to thermal performance, the architects wanted an insulation solution that would be non-combustible and compatible with the off-site approach. The architects were also able to refine the texture and colour of the brick slips to tie in the development with neighbouring buildings
