Case Studies

Castleknock Community College

Actavo Modular provided a new 24-module, two-storey school building on site at Castleknock Community College for use as classroom and science laboratory accommodation for students, under the Department of Education and Skills PVMA Framework.

The new school building was constructed in a restricted space, on an operational school site with 1,230 students and 125 staff in situ, posing obvious challenges during the construction phase. Construction was completed with minimal impact to school operations and was in use by students while exterior landscaping was ongoing.

St Paul’s School Monasterevin

Actavo provided a full turnkey, high specification, Nearly Zero Energy school building on the site of St. Paul’s School in Monasterevin, County Kildare.

Tallaght Hospital Staff accommodation and creche

Actavo was hired to design and build a two-storey staff decant and single-storey crèche at Tallaght Hospital, Dublin. The project was part of the satellite centre for the delivery of paediatric outpatient and urgent care services under the National Paediatric Hospital development plan.

Brexit Import Export Buildings at Dublin Port

Actavo designed and built three modular buildings; a 245m2 import office, a 165m2 export office and 165m2 driver welfare building.
