  • Design, construction and fitout of 246 high specification residential apartments

  • Extensive landscaping on grade, podium and roofs
  • Use of off-site manufacturing techniques to drive efficiencies in the construction process

Garda Security

  • Six and four storey office building (10,060m2)
  • Construction of a new double storey basement using a secant piled wall (9,275m²)
  • Central atrium linking the three blocks with a series of cantilevered walkways and bridges gaining access to the breakout zones, toilets, tea stations/kitchen, meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • The elevation is comprised of large architectural precast facade panels incorporating curtain wall glazing installed off-site
  • Office layouts are a mixture of open plan & cellular offices with tea stations/kitchen, meeting rooms and conference facilities, gym, locker rooms, storage, showers and toilets

Sandyford Central

  • Build to Rent development comprising 564 luxury apartments spread over 6 distinct blocks
  • The 6 blocks range in height from 6 to 17 storeys above podium
  • Extensive off-site construction methods utilised throughout the development

  • Off-site manufactured balconies
  • Pre-finished precast walls with cast in services
